About Us
We have been trading since 1955 and are in our 3rd generation of the Clements'
family-run business. Working alongside our directors Ray Clements and
daughter Emma are 3 graduated mechanics, one of whom has been with the
company for over 20 years.
Our reputation comes from years of commitment to customer satisfaction which is why our customers come back to us time and time again. We offer all types of mechanical repairs, MOTs and servicing for all makes and models of cars.
We have been a member of the Retail Motor Industry (RMI) federation for over 25 years.
This requires us to operate within strict standards: a code of practice
with regular monitoring which ensures we offer the very best in customer
care and service.
We are also an RMI QC member which again ensures the highest levels of administration and procedure resulting in customer satisfaction. So with Baldwins Lane Service Station you can be assured of one thing - we will look after you as well as your car!
On the technical side we are a Lucas AutoTECH Centre and hence are able to perform
electronic engine tuning and calibration in a professional and accurate manner.
